The MetaLife token (MLT) is an SRC-20 token on the Spectrum main-chain to provide utility in the MetaLife ecosystem.  Its distribution is as follow:

#### **Rewards and Community – 50,000,000,000 MLT @ 50.0%**

These tokens contribute to the incentive mechanism for early adopters, MetaLife platform maintenance and community creation, to be distributed among miner, Pub operators and social event participants:

1. MetaLife chain Miner – distributed according to block generation cycle of the chain
2. Pub operators and challenge participants – issued by contract or block generation period
3. Social event participants and promoters
4. Creators and content contributors
5. DAO manager (curate content, management and execution of social proposals)

#### **Private Placement – 12,500,000,000 MLT @ 12.5%**

A total of 12,500,000,000 MLT is released periodically for sale to strategic investors and early adopters of MetaLife.

#### **Team – 10,000,000,000 MLT @ 10.0%**

The team tokens will have a 24 months lock-up period starting from genesis.  After which the tokens will be unlocked every quarter over a period of 36 months. Team tokens will be stored in a smart contract with address published to the public for transparency purpose.

#### **Foundation – 10,000,000,000 MLT @ 10.0%**

The tokens will be available to the Foundation to run the operation.

#### **Advisors – 7,500,000,000 MLT @ 7.5%**

The tokens will be used in building valuable networking and connections in several strategic sectors in the ecosystem (e.g., gaming, entertainment, De-Fi etc) that drive adoption of MetaLife.  A total of 7,500,000,000 MLT will be distributed to the MetaLife advisory fund smart contract and unlocked over a fixed period of 60 months (5 years).

#### **Marketing – 5,000,000,000 MLT @ 5.0%**

A total of 5,000,000,000 MLT is kept aside for marketing and community building purpose.

#### **Standard Establishment & Open-Source Grant – 5,000,000,000 MLT @ 5.0%**

The tokens will be put aside for establishing industry standards, like W3W Web3.0 Dynanmic Distributed Web Standard Making and open-source grant to support community open-source project (e.g., Secured ScuttleButt)
